While B&L has a good reputation overall, my experience was below their typical 5 star standards. Maybe its too much work , or maybe not enough help when i was there. They seemed a little unorganized, and behind schedule causing me an additional 1.5 hours wait at the shop for my car after they said it was nearly ready.

I just ran over a tire on the highway and it was almost 5 o’clock and unfortunately, my tire was losing air and I had to get off on an exit at a place that I was not familiar with. I called the nearest automotive shop to see if anyone could help me with my tire and I called B&L Automotive and spoke to the very kind associate named Liz. They were just getting ready to close up their shop and when she heard my predicament, she literally did everything she could to help me even to the point of sending me directions to the shop and said that her and her associate would stay at the shop until I got taken care of even though it was time to close. When I got there, she treated me like a guest, and I felt extremely welcome. Her and the Mechanic, Jose got me taken care of within 10 minutes of getting to the shop by plugging my tire so I could safely get home an hour and a half away. I cannot express how grateful I am to these two associates of this business and I absolutely will recommend everyone to come here. I was treated with outstanding Customer Service. They are exceptional! Thank you so much for your kindness! It means everything :-)

Amazing service! They have earned my loyalty. Liz is far more than a capable receptionist. She is a bulldog when put up against a negligent, fraudulent, and dismissive warranty company (CarShield). She went above and beyond to fight my case and get my vehicle repaired. I'll be back. Also, anyone reading this with a CarShield warranty should ditch them before they approve your repairs, approve your car rental, and then cancel your policy and deny any reimbursement and give no account for themselves.

Had a really nice experience with Liz. She is very eager to help and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to B&L for all of my vehicle needs.

B&L really came through for us! We were in need of an inspection sticker for our RV Before going through the tunnel to get to Virginia Beach. It was at the end of the day and they managed to squeeze me in for the inspection and went above and beyond in my opinion.
