Had my car diagnosed and serviced. Previous work done by another smaller shop was not as thorough with code resetting which still left my car running rough. Liz had me checked in and vehicle serviced in a very timely manner. She's very helpful and part of a great team. I felt like having dealership service without the dealership cost. Will be using them again for sure.

Probably the best first impression I've ever had for an auto repair shop. I had a myriad of problems and they got it done within two days, parts an labor were very fairly priced, and they even warranty the work.

The staff were very informative throughout the whole repair process and discussed with me the details of all my options for part replacements. They quoted how much labor for the repair labor and stuck to that quote. They got my car in and out of the shop quickly. It was a positive experience overall.

This is the first time I’ve actually used B&L for a repair and the experience was down right worth it. This being the first mechanical usage, I have walked in before and the B&L team has provided me with some place or information on where I can get a repair done that they were unable to help me with. I will return and highly recommend.
