DO NOT COME HERE. First of all, I was told my car would only take an hour at most and it ended up taking 5 hours so already off to a bad start. I took my car in for an inspection and was failed for my tie rods being too loose. They estimated the fix at almost $400. Something didn’t sound right since I just had the car fully looked at no more than a month ago and there was nothing noted about my tie rods. Took my car to another inspection station the next morning and they said the tie rods were fine and I passed the inspection with flying colors. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of because I’m a young female. Do better and stop trying to rip people off.

They squeezed me in for a quick pre purchase inspection on the day I had called. They were quick, helpful and couteous. Unfortunately they had some system issues in getting some of the paperwork sent over, but they rectified the situation professionally and made everything right. Highly recommend! Honest mechanics are hard to come by, especially when you're doing a last minute request out of town. Thanks for the help, Liz! Edit: I was promised the paperwork and they said they'd give a refund since this wasn't their usual process. Haven't received either yet. Not sure what's going on as it seems different from what I experienced in person.

Wow -- what a horrible, cheating, scamming business. I truly wish that I could rate it 0 stars. Let me begin. I initially took my 94' Jeep Cherokee to B&L Auto on May 9. As luck would have it, Liz, the manager, said they were working on a Jeep Cherokee with the same problems. Six days later when I picked up my Jeep, I paid roughly $1,000. The Jeep had the exact same issues and broke down within a few miles of leaving their parking lot. I had the Jeep towed back to B&L Automotive, as they told me all the work was under warranty. They did another diagnostic and stated that the crank shaft sensor they replaced was a bad part and they would replace it with an original Jeep part. Three and a half weeks go by and on June 10, I picked up my Jeep and paid $265, only to break down on the way home. My truck went back to B&L Automotive again 3 more times. Finally, after the fifth time, on June 24, I told the manager, Liz, that I wanted a full refund. She attempted to convince me to bring it back one more time. By the end of the call, she stated that she agreed I deserved a refund, though they don't usually give refunds, she just needed to speak to the owner, who was in Florida. Days went by before I called to follow up. Liz stated the owner approved the refund -- it would be processed over the weekend and should be in my account on Monday, June 29. After 11 days, I spoke with Liz again. Liz told me that refund was processed on July 2. She also confirmed that the refund amount was "$1286 and some change." She told me to contact my bank to find out why there was a hold on the refund. The refund was never processed.. Now, my bank has filed a dispute against this business and they have been holding up the dispute for 60 days. They blatantly lied and deceived to get over. My Jeep is still not fixed. 12 weeks later, and I'm out of money and don't have a work vehicle. This has been a nightmare. B&L Automotive was amazing and I highly recommend using their services! My daughter and I was driving a 86 Ford Winnebago down 64 and a belt broke loose and I lost power steering and radiator fluid was leaking out. I pulled off the next exit and B&L was the first place I seen. So I pulled in and boy am I happy I did! Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. The lady and gentleman working the front desk was super accommodating to my daughter and I. I am sure Ford Winnebago's aren't the normal vehicle that people bring in but they took it on and within a few hours we were back on the road. I really wish they were closer to my hometown because I would be a forever customer! Thanks again B&L for your outstanding service.
