My name is Gina west and I got my car towed hear to B&L Automotive a 2021 dodge challenger, Aloud noise was coming from my front wheel , I walked in and spoke to Liz and she told me exactly what was wrong before even having a diagnostic done on my car , This place is so professional and I had no appointment and my car was done same day on a Saturday needed Remove & Replace Wheel Hub And Bearing Assembly with(Two year warranty) and a Front end Alignment… My car Drives Brand New Again , I will never step in another shop besides this one if it’s anything that they are able to fix … And I just can’t speak enough about them they closed at 4 pm and Liz Still made sure She was there at 4:30 pm so I could get my vehicle because that was the only time I could make it because they are closed on Sunday …. I love this place ♥️

Words are not enough to say how satisfied we have been with the service and professionalism of B&L Automotive! We were visiting family from out of town and broke down Friday evening. They had Saturday hours so we called Friday evening and soon after received a phone call with assistance after hours. Who does that? Car was towed to the facility late Friday night, with the hope that the car could be looked at Saturday with their already busy schedule. They were very up front with us and long story short diagnosed the problem and by some miracle were able to get the parts and had the car finished at end of business day on Saturday. That saved both my husband and I from having to miss work the following Monday as were able to travel home with the assurance of a fixed car. The EXTREME effort this whole team took to help us was just incredible. We definitely will be returning to B&L for any other automotive needs even though we live out of town. Highly recommend this team and thank them for their helpful assistance.

Took my car to B&L automotive cause I was told that I had metal in my transmission and had B&L check it out and said it was all good no metal found they are a trustworthy place and very honest people I would recommend anyone to take ur vehicle there .I will for now on
