Very professional and honest auto repair business. Neat and clean. So glad that I came across this business as so many dealerships are dishonest and take advantage of customers. Also, many auto repair places/dealerships are so backlogged and not completing timely repairs. B&L completed the repairs on my vehicle as promised and in a timely manner. Veteran Friendly. Anyone looking for a good repair facility, I would highly recommend B&L Automotive. Also, if you have any questions regarding any type of vehicle warranty this business is very helpful with going over any warranty questions or issues. I will definitely be going back to this facility for any future vehicle repairs.

Excellent service, went to them after terrible service from meineke in newport news and was able to get the problem resolved. Very respectful and very helpful. 100% recommend. won’t go anywhere else from here on out!

I thought customer service was a thing of the pass! But it not!! I had an exceptional experience here at B&L Automotive, from the call inquiring about service to leaving with my vehicle in the time frame that was quoted Liz and the whole team were great! I have always use the dealership to service my Mercedes GLE, but these guy know what they are doing! Not to mention it was affordable! Thank you so much
