Hey, Bradley. Here's what happened... My Ford F150 have a seized thermostat on HWY 64 N. I called AAA and asked for a recommendation from the AAA driver. He said I should go to B and L. So I did. I left my truck from Thursday A.M. till Saturday P.M. On Friday, your female worker called me to tell me the Truck was fixed. She mistakenly called the wrong number. But she also said my truck was ready, too. We drove up to get it on Saturday. It was not ready because the mechanic had not completed the work. I asked the dude with the goatee if he could possibly ask another mechanic to finish the 20 minute thermostat job since I had driven 40 miles to get to your shop. He gave me attitude and sarcastic responses....so. I called the Police then He agreed to release my truck with a waiver.... We pushed truck out of your garage. I tightened the radiator hose...the install had already been completed....then I paid and left. I believe all of the nonsense could/should have been avoided if the desk guy would've had better customer skills and a little empathy for a stranded motorist. My low rating is based solely on the front desk's shotty customer service. Thank you, Nathan Barnette

I was able to make an appointment mid-week for the upcoming Saturday with no issues. The oil change was straightforward and my car was ready within two hours after having dropped it off. The technician also performed a quick multi-point inspection and did not try to upsell any unnecessary services.

Overpaid for something I didn't even need done to the vehicle in the first place. What a waste of time and money to have the same problem I went in there for.

I came to you because a friend said that did a job for them. I brought my car to check the failed issues from my state inspection. I bought my car own Monday afternoon I was told that they would not be able to get to it until Wednesday. I get a call Thursday evening that I need to pickup my car before Monday or I will have to pay storage fees. I go Friday afternoon and pick my car up. Friday evening I get a call about my car and if I don't call and come pickup my car I will be charged storage fee. I not getting a call about how you can help me get my vehicle back on the road .Saturday I get the same call. So I am not happy with the way your company handled this. If you have so many vehicles in your lot that you can't keep track of what's there and what's not how can repair anything in a timely manner.

My experience here was wonderful. The young lady at the front desk named Liz was so sweet and helpful. She helped through this process and was so genuine. And Shawn the mechanic was excellent. He pinpointed the issue and fixed it....this was so necessary as we were out of town...Please do business here. They are excellent and they care!!!
