Very nice looking and clean shop. Nicest waiting area I've been in for an auto shop. Shop is easy to get rid n and out of. Staff was friendly and they got me in and out quickly.

I had a great service started from the front desk with worm greeting throughout to the end of the service. Service was affordable, fast and no waiting time at all. I have a great experience and I will go back again .

I came in for a state inspection and they were happy to squeeze me in with no appointment. They were done very quickly and the gentleman at the front counter as well as the woman had amazing customer service. Very nice and welcoming. I wish I caught their names. However I would definitely revisit this business for future needs. Thank you!

Needed to get water pump replaced Brian and Liz were great. Liz is so down to earth I told her my situation and she worked everything out for me and had me in and out within hours. She’s the best! 🥰

Same day service, excellent communication, definitely would use again!

I was driving on the highway and my radio went off, battery light came on, and my steering wheel was hard to move. MID DRIVE!! so I pulled off on a random exit.. seen B&L automotive and safety pulled in. Luckily someone was there (she was about to leave) so thank God. She helped me calmed my nerves and told me the mechanics would look at my car in the morning. The communication was good they explained my belt had snapped so power wasn’t reaching my battery & alternator (that explained why I always had to recharge it). My service was fast, easy, and customer friendly. I was highly satisfied.

I was recommended to B&L from another shop, I'm always happy when shops are able to network like that. They diagnosed my 99 Suburban pretty quickly and got the part in once I agreed to the estimate. Thank you guys for getting Beast back on the road in time for summer. Kind regards -Juan and his Dogs
