I went in for a safety inspection, everything was explained to me and I was updated throughout the inspection. Great conversation. I will continue to use their service for my inspections and any questions I would have about my vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars.

I came here because the return line on the power steering system was damaged, from a oil change I had done a valvoline. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful at first. I brought my car here on a Saturday, and was supposed to get it back no later than that following Tuesday. I didn’t get my car back until a week later. Guess they had issues getting the part, but that isn’t my issue. My issue is, they wasn’t keeping me informed of anything. I had to call every day, in order to get an update. Also the young lady at the front desk told me they would provide pictures and a write up of what they found. So I would be able to take that information back to valvoline. She also stated she would look into my manufactures warranty but I never heard anything back.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service by B&L!! They towed my truck to their shop due to the engine cutting and rough starting. I thought it was worse than it was and they fixed exactly what was wrong with it and didn't overcharge! My truck runs like a new truck now. I typically stay away from larger mechanic shops but ill be coming back. Hopefully not soon 😆 Great business!

Very professional. I found them from their reviews and used B&L Automotive. They took amazing care of me. They got me an appointment very quickly. The mechanics took the time to call and explain everything in a way that I understood. I don’t know much about cars. I was very well taken care of. If I ever have another problem I will be going back!
