I made a appointment for Tuesday morning for a state inspection (maybe a 30 min procedure) and dropped my car the night before. I called at the end of the day Tuesday and after being placed on hold for over 10 minutes was told no they had not completed the work and by the way my truck is so old there must be some additional work I need done. I said no thanks, just the state inspection, and they said it would be completed early the next day. I called at the end of the day Wednesday and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I just went over to pick it up. When I arrived they had just pulled it in and failed the inspection for "rusty brakes", bad ball joint, and a bad tie rod end (they weren't sure which one). They sent me a vague writeup that was not descriptive enough to complete the repairs. When I called for clarification they added multiple items (wheel bearings and pitman arm) that they would require me to replace. I got a second opinion and passed with no issues. I do not recommend this shop.
