Professional. First of all Liz the service manager is the sweetest, most helpful, patient and carring professional I've ever dealt with. You can trust them with your vehicle. I have and will continue to depend on the service there.

I had to wait a few before I had to put a review up.....had alot of work done on my jeep and its solid so far, I highly recommend this place if you have a jeep, the lady at the front really helped me out too Liz.

They took my car in for inspection at the last minute on a Saturday. That meant a lot to me because as a busy mom I sometimes have to put things off till the last minute. The receptionist was kind and made me feel comfortable since I had never used this shop before. I took a nap in their large waiting room while I waited for my car. It was a pleasant experience.

I had my brakes fixed and I was very pleased with the service.

Recommend. Recently B&L Automotive performed a fuel service on my SUV after I experienced random "hiccups" at different speeds. The fuel service cured the problem and I increased my gas mileage about 4MPG for both Highway and City. Getting 25 MPG for a '99 Toyota 4Runner with a 145,000 miles feels pretty good. I highly recommended their fuel service.
