Took my 2013 F-150 in for a high beam issue on the driver side. There was also a blinker bulb I could have done myself on the driver side, but figured since the truck was already there I would get the blinker fixed as well. After 3 days in the shop, the shop informed me that the issue was the headlamp and that a replacement was $750 dollars just for the part. I decided to wait until I get to Texas in a few days to try to find a headlamp at the junkyard. Went to pickup the bill for changing a turn signal bulb and get charged $238. Now I am very fair when it comes to paying people for their work, but this is excessive charging for labor. They charged me over $110 a piece for two separate diagnostics and claimed to have rewired a ground wire for the blinker. Then they said I saved over $65 on military discount, but looking at my receipt it was only $25. Highly dissatisfied with this shop, and honestly I feel like a military member who got ripped off for no reason. The one nice part about this experience was the friendly attendant named Liz. I would not recommend this shop to anyone...much less a fellow military member.

The were helpful and respectful and got the job done. I am new to the area and they helped me with my automotive needs. This is a very popular place and always seems to be booked,m, but they always try and help as quickly as possible. If they didn't have a lot of appointments/work, I would be worried. I will come back.

Was very impressed by the customer service and friendly atmosphere in the front office, also the quality of the repair so far appears to be excellent. Apparently getting parts for my Son’s Suzuki is a lengthy process, but overall was very satisfied .

We're new to the area and wanted a trust worthy auto repair service. I'm a big believer in reviews and B&L had the best. I was not disappointed. Liz is a sweetheart. I can't say enough about her and how she makes you feel welcome.Liz is the service manager and business was hopping that day. The phone ringing, customers coming in and she handled it all in stride and still met me with a smile and a how can I help you today. My granddaughter's inspection had expired and I was worried about driving it. Liz sent me a confirmation email about my appointment in case I got pulled over. Amazing experience it took me over 20 years to find a repair shop where I felt like they didn't try to rip you off. I have four girls and I would definitely let my girls take their cars there to get repaired. something I really never done before because repair shops see women and always try to get over . but lynn was straight with information about my vehicle. Being that I'm mechanically inclined I knew she wasn't trying to snow ball me. If you want honest service please try them out.
