B&L Automotive provides great customer service and excellent care for your vehicle. My vehicle broke down while out of town and they helped me tremendously. From Liz the customer rep to Scott a technician. My truck was towed to them and fixed within three days. They even went out of their way to find a part needed at a cheaper price. If you live in the area please check them out and for military they provide a discount.

B&L was recommended by the shop which does my usual maintenance. The staff at B&L was friendly, courteous and were able to get my vehicle in for diagnostics at the agreed upon time, and they were able to give me a reply well within the time that they said they would, telling me their findings and advising me what my options were. .

The staff is very friendly and will text or call you when your vehicle is ready. They are pretty quick on getting a vehicle repaired. Have gone to them acouple time and have had no problems with them at all. Would highly recommend this place!

I was in town visiting from New Jersey when things under the hood of my 2002 Accord started to sound really bad. It was the weekend, so I was working with strict time frames to get my car fixed— not to mention in a foreign location. I drove around with the issue that I’m now aware was my power steering belt, but on such a short notice and obvious oblivion to cars I couldn’t find a service shop that would fix it for less than 2500 or junk it for more than 250. B&L Automative was the saving grace to my weekend. Monday morning on a very short notice I called them and Liz, the receptionist listened to my problem and offered the solution over the phone. I immediately trusted her and drove my car the shop. They gave me a complimentary diagnostics of minor and severe issues, quoted $1800 to repair. However, they fixed the one issue I needed to get back to New Jersey (My belt) for 300$. Scott, the awesome store manager gave myself & passengers a ride home while My car was being repaired same day. I received electronic updates through the process and I got back home timely & safely. Back in Jersey, The severe issues B&L found on my car caused me to need a towing assists Wednesday morning. The towing costs were covered with a 3 year warranty from B&L, and a second very professional vehicle inspection confirmed the exact issues they found. I repaired my vehicle for 1500, which also meant B&L’s original repair cost were authentic. I would have traveled back to VA just so they can service my vehicle but I appreciate their honesty, courtesy, and professionalism on a very short notice. They refused the cash Tip I offered them for their service and told me a review would be enough. Thank you so much B&L for your amazing customer service! Best place around.
