Outstanding. This is the best repair and maintenance facility I have ever found for automobiles. The service and appointments are prompt, and the staff (especially Darin at the front desk) is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes the time to carefully explain to customers any required repairs as well as recommended service. Of particular note, is that the technicians use cameras to download photographs of the repair process or problem areas that are reviewed with the customer on a monitor in the lounge area. This level of involving the customer is outstanding and always helps me in my decisions regarding repairs! I strongly recommend B&L Automotive. They will always have my business!
