I went here because I saw they had great reviews and they lived up to that. Went to get my car inspected, my tie rod was loose so they checked it out and tightened it for me and didn't charge me anything for tightening it. Most places would rack your tab up for something even so small. Truly good nice people with great customer service there

Every time I come into this automotive shop they have been exceptionally helpful, friendly, cost is reasonable, and they have been more than willing to help me at the last second with large and small issues I have had with my vehicles. This shop is fantastic in every way! It has been a few tries finding an automotive shop since moving here and this one has earned my loyalty indefinitely.

So hard to find an honest, independent family owned business anymore. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything and follow through with their promises. Don't go to a corporate chain, or dealer. Save your money and keep it local by going here.

Went there for an oil change. The service was great. Brad was very friendly. They have a very nice waiting room with coffee available. Would recommend going here for business. They also offer 10% discount to military.

Being in the military I move around a lot so it can sometimes be a challenge to find a reputable place to take my truck if I don't know the area. Let me just say in no uncertain terms, for as long as I'm here, I'll be a customer of B&L. Darin at the front counter was great, he explained everything that needed to be done and told me what repairs could wait and what I had to do right away given my budget. The prices were very fair and the service was done quickly. They even gave me a rather significant military discount. Very satisfied customer.

I originally picked B&L Automotive because it was the closest repair place to me. But I have quickly come to the conclusion that this is the best repair service in the area. Not only are the staff cheerful and knowledgeable, but they never pressure you to buy something you don't need. They give you all the information you need to make the best decision for your car and pocketbook. This is my third trip to B&L and I am so glad that I discovered them!

If something is wrong with your vehicle they show and explain to you what needs to be fixed. The pricing is good and fair. I will definitely give them my business and refer friends and family. We're a military family, so we move frequently. Sometimes we already know people in the community who can give us recommendations, and sometimes we don't. We took a chance on B&L and they earned our loyalty on our first trip. We feel they're very honest and they've gone above and beyond to take care of us. We recommend them every chance we get!

I came here for an alignment and to find out why my car was shaking so bad. I saw that they had good reviews and they definitely did not disappoint. They exceeded my expectations and I can't say enough about them. They not only helped me with the alignment, but notified me that the place I had gotten all 4 tires replaced the week before had not balanced my tires properly. They took care of everything for me and at a reasonable price. The mechanic took me back to show me the issues with my car and listened to my questions and was extremely helpful. Every staff member was knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely nice people who genuinely want to help. Also, they did the most detailed inspection and report on my car I've ever seen. Very thorough and I appreciate knowing what needs to be worked on immediately and what can wait a little while. I mean photos and everything were included, it was amazing! Didn't feel like they were trying to scam me and that's hard to find with auto places. Love this place and will be coming back. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you guys so much!
