Very polite

Went to B&L today for an oil change and it took about 4 hours because they had to do state inspection before they worked on my SUV to me it should before come first serve unless you have a appointment. Since this post I have went back and the service and wait time was better they have my business now.

There's a gentlemen, by the name Darin. This guy seems to know what customer service is all about. Without going too into it, I'll just say that he didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. The environment over all was welcoming. Almost like a small town barber shop. Everyone is greeting and even interacting with you through small talk while you wait. And get this... It was my first time there. Top shelf, B&L Auto!

Great, thorough work, excellent customer service. These guys love what they do and take pride in providing an honest service.

You pay for quality, they are pricey, but the customer service is outstanding. This was my 3rd visit within 60 days. As with all automotive shops, they mark up the cost of the parts considerably, but less than a dealer. The only negative, if you want to call it that, is the diagnostic fee is not waived if you have the work done. Overall all they treat you well, care about your vehicle and keep you well informed on the progress. I would highly recommend B&L Automotive.

Great customer service, stayed late to finish car and completed in half the time other garages quoted. I would highly recommend for any services needed.
