I brought my car for inspection at 12:30 p.m. and the waiting time "according to the one who checked my car in" is 1 to 3 hours. It is a very long waiting time specially there were only two cars ahead of me. I kept calling to check if someone started checking my car but no one did. I called again at 5:00 "30 min before they close", and the guy told me -in a rude way- we can not check your car today because the car ahead of you failed the inspection. I picked my car up at 5:30 - my car was with that place for five hours - and no one even touched the car. Never going back for sure.
Thank you for your review and we certainly understand your frustration with the state inspection process. The Virginia State Police specifically state that all vehicles have to be taken in the order to which they are received, and we cannot under any circumstances make appointments. Unfortunately, this makes for a difficult process when vehicles fail for inspection and have to be worked on due to the laws we have to abide by. We do apologize that we could not get to it in the time we estimated, and we would ask you to please forgive us. Remember that the beginning/ending of the month will always be when inspections are the absolute busiest and most difficult to wait for. In no way would we ever want to not serve one of our customers, nor come off as rude in any form, and respect each and every customer. Again we are very sorry for not being able to do your inspection due to the time restraints of previously dropped off vehicles for the same service. We hope you will understand and visit us again. Sincerely, Management
