I want to this shop because of the rating. Although a bit out of the way for me, I found it well worth the trip. As a person who does not like sharing the experience of working on automobiles, I appreciated that it had a clean and comfortable separate waiting area where the customer doesn't have to breath in chemicals and rubber from the shop. I am chemically sensitive and for any of you out there, you know that this is a huge issue. I was very pleased with the courteousness of all the staff and their willingness to be responsive to my needs as a customer. I was going to buy a used vehicle that appeared in great shape. Because of their thorough inspection, they saved me over $2,000 on buying a car that was not what I wanted.I was also pleased when sitting next to a long time happy customer who spoke about how honest they have been.
