I had a great experience at B&L. The Staff is always respectful. I started taking my truck in 2013 when I bought my brand new Frontier. I just get the oil changed, fulid top off, and tire rotation. They have a very nice waiting area and the owner even let me take my dog inside because it was extremely hot outside. I felt like I was at home at B&L. To top everything off of an already great experience, the owner Brad now frequents my place of work (Cinco de Mayo Mexican Restaurant) because he believes in supporting the community, especially mom and pop shops. Thank you B&L.

Friendly and helpful. I would tell them how friendly the staff is. How Darrin goes the extra mile to help the customer, and how honest and fair everyone that works there is. This is the first time I have gone to any type of automobile shop and as a female I don't feel taken advantage of.

Confident. I came to the shop as a first timer. Honestly, I was skeptical about visiting a new auto shop and having another mechanic service my car. I had recently had been informed that the repairs needed to my car would estimate approximately $1700.00, however, the mechanic stated he would not perform the service in a timely fashion. This quote and information was provided by another mechanic not associated with B&L Automotive. Understandably I wanted a second opinion and was in need of help. I had received a sales flyer which led me to B&L Automotive. They seemed reputable and friendly when I called. So I decided to give it a try. Darin was extremely helpful to me. He provided me with a detailed report obtained from a complimentary inspection; which in my opinion was EXTREMELY thorough. Especially for someone who is not savvy with mechanic/automotive terminology. The report details were clear and also came with pictures!! I felt like the information provided to me was accurate and honest. Not to mention the estimate given to me was less than what the previous mechanic who was not associated with B&L quoted me. Furthermore, the repairs I thought and was told that I needed when I came to B&L Automotive were expenses and NOT NEEDED!! Overall, my first impression was truly a LASTING impression. I am confident that I am in good hands in receiving continued service with B&L Automotive!!
