As soon as I walked into B&L, I was impressed by the professional appearance of the business and the friendliness of the employees. The waiting area is very comfortable, which is a bonus if you have to wait there while they work on your car. I've never been to an automotive shop that takes photos of your car and emails them to you. This was a pleasant surprise. I love that I was given a tour of the shop, and was told I can even watch as they work on my car! That showed me that they're honest people-- and they must be if they've been around for 63 years. I'd definitely recommend my family/friends to B&L, and I look forward to my next visit there.
