Great place to deal with

Just a big thank you to the great guys at your Newport News, Va shop. My wife and I were a bit lost on our way to our new home in Beaufort, NC from Syracuse, NY on May 22nd when we pulled off the road to check GPS and our maps to see why we were driving many many miles more than we should have. One of your young gentlemen came out to our moving truck to see if he could be of assistance. Not only did he take time out of his busy day to help these lost Yankees but also printed off a map and then gave us personal directions to get us back on track. My only regret is you do not have a service center near Beaufort, NC as I can guarantee you that the good news about B & L would be spread far and wide. My wife and I will always be grateful for the time your men spent with us and the many kindnesses shown to these strangers. We have heard a lot about Southern Hospitality and your team sure shared a bunch of it with us. Many thanks to this great group of guys. God Bless.

Was amazed at how willing they were to help both me and my boyfriend , which only I had an appt with my car. Even with many cars in the back and people in the waiting room they made us feel like we were their only customers !
