I was tired of doing business with the local dealerships, but needed some service on my vehicle. I had always heard great things about B&L, and decided to try them out. The customer service was outstanding, from the handling of the short notice appointment I requested, to the patience in getting all of the new customer information. Such an easy experience, and great work. I will always recommend B&L to anyone, and will be trusting them to handle all of my automotive needs.

Darrin and the staff were all friendly and professional. I found myself out of town with a broken down truck and everyone worked to get me back on the road ASAP. Darrin gave me a breakdown of absolutely necessary repairs and some additional options I might want to consider as long as they were in the engine. A much better experienced than one might expect under the circumstances.
