I had no complaints, left work early to try and see if I could get my car inspected on a Friday. As soon as I got there they were able to take care of me at that very moment. My car had shown an issue with the airbag according to the dash warning light and of course they were going to have to diagnose it, a cost I wasn't prepared for but knew that it was necessary. But when they found out that there wasn't an issue they didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. I left their place with a passed inspection and received courteous service, along with suggestions to maintenance that they saw that will need to be done in the future without any pressure of having to have it done immediately.

Darrin and staff are professional, courteous and very easy to talk to. Rest assured, not only will the problem with the vehicle be fixed

Everyone here was such a great help! I am not particularly car savvy and I am unfamiliar to the area. After calling multiple other places and being hung up, B & L took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understand what was wrong with my car. Darrin was great to work with and made sure I had all the information I needed. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends!

Also, I made my appointment online and received an email confirmation a couple of hours later. They also replaced a very worn out oil drain pan plug with an oversize drain plug for only $9.78. Darin had me in and out in 30 minutes! Total cost was $33.63.

My son attends CNU and needed work done on his car. Being unfamiliar with the area I had some anxiety as to where to take his car. Found B&L online and read their reviews and the responses! Darrin was great to work with. He took great care of my son's car and even sent a hand written thank you note. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!
