I had the pleasure of allowing B&L Auto to perform some work on my vehicle. Mind you, at the time I was not sure if this auto repair shop did good work or not, I was just in dire need of somewhere to repair what I needed done at a reasonable price. Being a customer service professional myself who recognizes good customer service, I can honestly say that this company gave me red carpet treatment and did a great job on my vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with the mechanic who performed the work and he explained all that was done to my vehicle. Let me also say that Darin, the man who assisted me when I first called was the best. It's simply a great auto repair shop that is reasonably priced and treats you like family. I will definitely be returning when problems arise with my vehicle.

As a retired military member, living in this area for 30 years have used several automotive repair shops. When my truck required major repair I read the reviews of B&L Automotive, which is close to home. They diagnosed the problem and explained everything in detail on the result of the diagnostic. To save me from driving back up to the shop, Ken emailed the repair estimate and I authorized the work. Although they tried to get it done in one day, they ran into some problems, which were fully explained to me, and they finished it the next day. This was fine as I was in no hurry. Throughout the process Ken kept me informed. B&L Automotive staff is very knowledgeable and professional; it is obvious that customer service is their number one priority. Also had a chance to personally talked to the mechanic (name escapes me) that did the work; he was very thorough in explaining what was done. They have gained a customer here and I would highly recommend B&L to anyone looking for quality, reasonable priced automotive work.

Oil change and tire rotation today. Was in and out in about half hour. Very friendly staff, good prices.

I chose B&L because of the great reviews I read online. I decided to stop in and inquire about a service i wanted done. Darren and Sam were both friendly and informative. The service was done promptly and I have had no issues. I would definitely recommend B&L to anybody needing a service done right, on time and within the quote given. I will definitely be a return customer!

I’ve been going to B&L now for 9 years and they do great work. I was so lucky my wife found them when we first moved here in 2005. I asked my wife to take my car in for an oil change since I had a business trip and didn’t need the car. I told her not to take it to a fast lube place but to a mechanic. My right headlight bracket was broken and I was told it would cost thousands to replace it since the bracket is part of the frame. After the oil change Brad said to my wife you know the headlight bracket is broken? She said yes but my husband was told he had to get the front end replaced. Brad said he can manufacture the part fix it for $40! B&L did and it still works 9 years later! Just recently they basically rebuilt my engine and did great work. It is running so nice, just like I bought it in 95! They stand by their work! B&L is so professional and takes great care of my 95 Firebird Trans AM. I don’t let anyone else touch my car but B&L!
