This company is exceptional. There is almost a cult following given the personal care they take knowing/servicing their customers - it is easy to become a "regular" in no time. Liz is perhaps the secret sauce for this phenomenon. She has the ability to make you feel, that you are not only going to get the best service for the price but that every possible discount has been included on your bill. She is also quite lovable, fun to be around and loquacious in a good way. The company is lucky to have her as their front-line automotive ambassador. Matt, the mechanic who worked of my car, was very knowledgeable of my model car and accommodating. He has an easy-going manner that makes him trustworthy along with an aura of reassurance that he will fix it the right way. Brian, the "new kid on the block, " working in tandem with Liz, appears to have fallen right in line with this personal care approach. He actually has a storied automotive history prior to coming here, which explains his signature service line of, "I don't see why not" a coda for any time-management anxiety you may have. It is also indicative of this company's focus on excellence in customer service, as well as, their technical expertise. If you use them once - you will be back, because they treat you like family. I will be a member for life!

I took my 1998 Jeep Cherokee a couple months ago and it was the best decision I made. Liz is the definition of a great front office person. As a military Vet I know that great leadership on top equals great personal. I will always recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

We were charged $2900 (a $5k total bill) for a reman engine after being told it would be brand new and within days of picking the car up - it broke. It then took a solid month for repairs on a ‘brand new engine’ and after getting the car home, had a friend help us fix it as the car still displayed issues.

Had a unfortunate mishap with a vandalism and they not only came to my rescue, but got my truck fixed super quickly and efficiently. I’m sure the labor wasn’t easy either. Their receptionist, Liz, deserves a raise for taking good care of me and making sure I got what I needed. Definitely recommend this place 1000% to anybody around.

I took my grandson's car to B & L in November last year. They told us it needed a new motor. My grandson paid for the motor but when we went to pick it up the car it had no power and wouldn't hardly drive. We took it back. They told us it needed other parts so we got those and it still isn't finished. They have had multiple mechanics work on it who are not with them now. They told me one of the mechanics messed the car up and it was going to be fixed without further cost to me. Now since it is not a paid job the car is on the back burner. It's not being worked on. When I call Liz puts me on hold and sometimes doesn't even come back or she tells me she'll call back with an update and that never happens. I don't know if my grandson will ever get his car back running or not. It ran when we took it there but now 4 months later it's not done. My advise is if you have a big job that needs done find someone else to do it.

Where to begin..... We are sorry that your vehicle came in from previous purchase where all the parts weren’t stock to the vehicle nor was any of the electronics such as CPU for the engine etc. it’s been quite a job trying to figure out what the previous owners have done to this vehicle and trying to find the original parts to make everything work the way it’s intended. I apologize that it’s been put off several times as you stated, but finding the correct parts after so many orders and times that haven’t been correct is tough. We will get this Honda right, the way it should have been before someone race-car outfitted it, and not let you down. I’m sorry again that it’s taken so long, and we haven’t given up on your grandsons project. Sometimes taking on a project like this can become a can of worms, and when we are done we should be able to fish with those worms for a long time.
