Update 4/30/19: I'm still using B&L and still very satisfied. I love that Liz (and Scott) take a personal interest in me and my vehicles. I have too many (LOL) and all are older so it's always appreciated when they look for the best options to keep these cars safe and running. I like having a relationship with the people that take care of my cars. I still recommend. (2016) I moved over to B&L from dealer service years ago and I will never go back. It makes such a difference having a relationship with your repair shop. It's really not that things will always be perfect - it's a car; it won't - the difference is what happens next. B&L stands by their work so I never have to worry that I'll be left out in the cold. And they make me feel appreciated as a customer. I recommend them without reservation.

Update: A few months later, had an issue with a DIFFERENT shop (Not these guys) over a item the other shop broke while fixing my car from a hit and run. The other shop said it was not possible to break this thing, even if you took a hard object to it. My first call was to these guys. I asked if I could just ask an expertise question, about whether that could be broken accidentally or by neglect. Without even thinking about price, they gave me a second opinion, saying the guy was lying and that the item is easy to accidentally break. Literally, while on the phone with B&L, the other shop called to own up to breaking it. So, yeah, these guys are still trustworthy! And all the stuff they fixed is STILL awesome! They really are looking out for their customers! These are your go to guys!!!!! ******** These guys are the next best thing to fixing the car with your own father! They are incredibly fair and treat each customer the way they need to be treated. For me, they helped everyway they could without nickel and diming me on several issues. I saw another man who came in and said he had to leave by a certain time. They had his car ready 10 minutes early! If they promise it, they stand by it! It really feels like they are looking out for you!

Scott was very nice they are super friendly and helpful and LIZ is amazing she truly cares and is super helpful and they dont try to rip you off love them choose them guaranteed you will stick with them for years to come !!!!!

*EDIT* This place saved me again from the dealership lies. Had to go last minute for a loose air intake where the dealership had broken the plastic tab holding in into the engine, and they wanted to charge me because THEY broke it. Dealer wanted to charge 10.00 for tab and 120.00 for diagnosis in how to fix what they broke, so I went to BL Auto for help. Lance did the work, super-fast and Liz helped me out with next to no wait, great people and nice as can be with all the knowledge you need to get you going, these guys are awesome These guys did everything they could to help us out fast as they could and saved us huge money and headaches and I couldn't be happier. I recommend these guys to everyone, no complaints at all I love this place because they have always treated our family better than anyone else has when dealers have screwed us... it's good to have a place to go for anything. I would never go back to a dealer for anything except the OEM parts and they can help you with that here as well. Do yourself a favor, stop going to dealerships. Go to B&L.

First off it was convenient, in walkn distance to be exact lol...fast, my car was taken back soon as I got signed in, and inspection was complete n about 45min....but what made this process smooth was Liz customer service. I mean dis lady was awesome, was pleasant an engaging and kept me informed...definitely will be returning...keep up the good work,AWESOME TEAM!!!!!!

Always very helpful service! They tell you if there is anything else they noticed that could be wrong with your vehicle when most places won't do that..

As always the staff at B&L are great and the work is top notch.... would highly recommend
