Good afternoon this was my second stop at B&L I wanted an oil change.Upon walking in your greeted by Liz...wow she really does a great job of ensuring your acknowledged, engages in conversation asks relate able questions concerning your vehicle needs and then what you would like. I stopped this time around 1pm on a Saturday Liz was confident of me getting an oil change. They did a quick evaluation noticed I needed two air filters. I agreed they installed. I am well pleased with the CUSTOMER Service I never write reviews unless I am overly satisfied. So know this is a great company to begin your auto repair partnership with. They offer free towing if you get repairs here also. I will update this review as my visits increase. Liz will find an answer she is an asset to the company. clean, friendly, confident, professional. characteristics needed when you trust your vehicle to a repair shop..

Took my car here for reinspection of a previous fail at a previous company explained I wanted the repairs listed in the rejection fixed was over charged nothing on the rejection sticker was fixed except the windshield blades which I had to remind them weren't fixed but still was charged I didn't receive my money for the blades but my car sitting for 4 days and no work done is and was unacceptable!

The lady who attends the front desk very cooperative but her father is a racist and disrespectful person. I do not recommend the place. I understand English I know what he said, add that they did not give me what they offered me.

I called 4 times just to get information emailed to me and I still didn't get it! Even worse I was treated like I've never been there before everytime I called!
