2 weeks ago after a big snow in newport news i needed to get my suv inspected and everyone was booked. I found B&L on google and decided to call to try and get an appt and they let me know it was first come which was perfect so i went by the next morning. The first thing i was greeted with was a.smile and good morning and they receptionist was very pleasant and even offered me coffee. The mechanic got me in right away and told me all that wad wrong and when i say they took care of me that would be an understatement. I felt like they did what was necessary and didnt just put a bunch of charges on me and i feel that this shop will be the place i take my cars too from this time forward. I am retired military and would vouch for this place if there are others who need a good place to take their car. Thank you again for the great service..joe

I came in for a state inspection and was out within 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and didn't overcharge for basic materials like windshield wipers.

Service and integrity beyond what I expected from any auto repair shop. My job was warranty work through O'Reilly performed by a different repair shop. I expected hassles, however the work was performed promptly and seamless. Thank you.

Here recently I took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for check engine light being on and gas cap light on. I usually dont trust people to work on my vehicles but after seeing B&L service center I would have to make an exception, it is an extremely clean, knowledgeable shop. When I first entered the office I was greated by the staff whom were extremely friendly. While the technicians were troubleshooting my vehicle Brad came out and talked to me like a friend not someone who just wants your money. Unlike most places where they try to sell you whatever they can, they informed me exactly of the part I need and the best place to get it is straight through the dealership. Overall I am very satisfied with B&L Auto and will continue to use them for future services and would recommend them for others.

I've been going here for a couple years now. I had a Dealer fail my car for inspection for brakes, decided to take it here for a second opinion. They passed the car and emailed me a PDF document with picture proof that the brakes still had 8mm of pad left (4 or less is failing). Very reputable and honest shop, Thanks!

Great work they do, I had my serpentine belt fixed awhile back, was going to take my jeep back there today for a look over on it but the price was a little steep. Will be going there if anything major goes wrong with my vehicle because I know I'm paying a bit more but it will be done right.
