Checked in for state inspection and serpentine belt replacement during snowstorm in January. Shop was very clean , and work was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend B& L Automotive for any work needed.

I had a most exceptional experience as a customer 5-20-17 . Liz gave the most helpful and most professional service for me and my problem with my car. As a woman that has Been given the run around all week at other automotive shops in the area, I left B&L with an assurance that I found the right place to handle my automotive issues. Easily one of the best shops I've been to in a long time. I'm a hobbyist mechanic, so I generally only visit the shop when I need something major or specialist equipment. This time around was tires, alignment, and rear drum inspection because I just didn't want to deal with em right before vacation. So here's my experience as a first timer, needing tires (customer provided), alignment, and rear drum inspection. Talking to them on the phone and making the appointment was a breeze and the woman I spoke with was very customer friendly. On the morning of drop off, I was early, but one of the technicians let me in to do the write up instead of leaving me to fill out the drop off sheet. The shop was immaculate. I didn't take a tour, but it was hands down the cleanest shop I've seen, well organized, and the cars I did see currently in the shop were kept tidy and nothing just laying around the vehicles. I was contacted a few hours later for an update. Expecting to hear SOMETHING negative on my rear drums, the technician stated there was nothing wrong, and actually asked if I had been told my another party there was an issue. I stated no, I just wanted to have them checked since I had recently upgraded the front brake system. No service was done, and they even emailed me pictures of the inner drum. When I arrived for pickup, the woman at the counter made friendly small talk but did not take away from getting me in and out in a timely manner and was very friendly. Looking at the vehicle, everything appeared exactly as how I delivered it, only with new tires. When I left, I immediately noticed how the alignment felt essentially back to factory. Many shops I've encountered have left the steering wheel offset, or a tire didn't quite feel right at highway speeds, but I've not had a single issue since I drove off the lot and it feels like it did when I bought it. I've just recently moved here, and B&L just happened to be the third place I called, and ultimately decided on due to the outstanding overall reviews. So long as I'm in the area, this will hands down be the only shop that sees my business.

This is the most professional, considerate, honest, affordable automotive place you can go to get services done to your car. If I can give them 10stars I would. Liz is a great employee she makes sure you feel like your car is in the best place in the world and it is. First time using them but won't be the last.

Finding a good auto repair shop can be difficult. But, I don't have to look any further. When we dropped the Odyssey off to get the A/C fixed, I asked about getting the side door fixed. On the ride home form the owner Brad (he gave me a ride so I could get to work....how awesome is that! In a sweet lifted truck with an amazing wrap job!) we chatted about getting the door fixed and about kids and home life. I gotta tell ya, they worked on that door non-stop until they could figure out what even Honda couldn't figure out! The diligence, the perseverance, the putting up with my 100 calls, the honesty and the integrity make this an awesome place to keep getting my cars repaired! Thanks Brad, Liz and the team that tirelessly worked on my door. You guys ROCK!

My son bought a used truck that vibrated at 55mph, and we immediately had it serviced at B&L -- now that truck is a smooth ride like new! THANK YOU B&L for serving the truck and taking care of the different issues! Liz was so very helpful! And, this mom feels so much better about her son driving back to college in a safe vehicle!

Folk, it's a great automotive place as they tell you exactly what you need for your vehicle, what's important now and later. With the manager Brad, front desk-sweet Liz, and my man Scott and the crew that work on my Nissan often, they always been good for me and my family. I'm truly glad they have helped my automotive problems, cause without them, I honestly don't know where I would be. If you are looking for a automotive repair shop, look...no...further.
