The lady who attends the front desk very cooperative but her father is a racist and disrespectful person. I do not recommend the place. I understand English I know what he said, add that they did not give me what they offered me.

I called 4 times just to get information emailed to me and I still didn't get it! Even worse I was treated like I've never been there before everytime I called!

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Liz who is the receptionist was so sweet and engaged in conversation with me right away. I just drove to Virginia from California and she did everything to insure my car was serviced properly and for the best price possible. I would recommend B&L Automotive to everyone. Definitely check them out

The ONLY reason I didnt rate 5 stars is price, simple alternator swap cost over $400, All other areas deserve 5***. Customer service was excellent despite the one receptionist being absolutely swamped. Customer areas were very clean and accomodating, speed of service was great, work and parts came woth warentee/guarentee. Overall good shop, just pricey!

On Feb. 19th I called & spoke to Liz concerning an electrical problem with my car. She went out of her way to assist me with my questions & scenarios that I had. She communicated not only with me, the tech but also went online for similar scenarios that I was experiencing. She came up with one & if that doesn't fix the problem we made an appointment for me to drop off the car. If the techs are as dedicated to customers as she was then I have no reservations that my car will be repaired in a quick & efficient manner.
