I’ve come to B&L consistently ever since I found them. The staff are welcoming and the waiting area is very accommodating. In particular, Liz, stands out. She is a very friendly, helpful person who definitely does everything in her power to make sure everyone leaves that store with a smile on their face. Not saying I always want to be here, but when I open the door and she’s there at the front desk it feels like I’m being welcomed in by family. I love coming here. The staff are great people and do there best to make sure things are done and making everyone happy. Always willing to help out the customers. One thing I really like is how they keep the whole building clean and orderly. Even the bathrooms are clean. They make it work for every dollar you spend with the warranties they offer. Liz and the rest of the stuff are always kind and helpful. If you want a legit place to get your vehicle worked on, B&L Automotive IS THE PLACE TO GO.

I would like to thank B & L Automotive for giving me good high quality service on yesterday when I needed it the most. I was traveling down 64 West about 1 mile before the Fort Eutis Yorktown exit, when I heard a loud sound and thought something had hit my car but then I looked down at my dash board and saw I was quickly losing air in my back driver side tire. I was praying to God that I would make it to the next exit and hope to find the nearest service station. As soon as I came onto Jefferson Ave, I looked to my right and saw B & L Automotive. I was thanking GOD that I made it and that He had answered my prayer. All the employees I interacted with were very kind and helpful to me. Shortly after this, I was back on the road again. I needed same day service to install a hitch. They got me in without any hassle. They weren't sure how long it would take so they gave me an estimate and said they would call if it would take more time. It did end up taking an extra half hour but they called me first to make sure that was ok with me. They run a clean shop with no BS and fair prices. I have a lot of other shops closer to me but I will happily drive to them for more service.

I’ve been looking for a long time for an honest shop to take my vehicles to... i was absolutely blown away by the professionalism here!!! The free inspection they do goes above and beyond what I’ve experienced any where else. They send complete details and even pictures so you’re in the know. The staff is super friendly and the shop looks so clean. You guys have a lifelong customer here!!! Thanks again!!

The viscous coupling in our Subaru broke bad at 180,000 miles. The dealer wanted to change the entire transmission for $4,000.00. B&L replaced the parts and the bearings for a HUGE savings. They also provided excellent customer service. I'm happy that they were chosen for the repair.

Awesome experience. I have taken my truck to them several times and every time they have been fast, professional and extremely helpful. Didn't try to up sell me told me what needed to be fixed right then and what could wait. They helped my wife out with my truck while I was deployed and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I brought my car to the Ford dealer to diagnose the A/C system and was told I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $3000.00. Not satisfied with my treatment at the un-named dealership I stopped at B&L automotive to get a second opinion. They said they will take a look at it, within an hour they had diagnosed and repaired the system for a little over $100. They’ve earned my repeat business and Ford has lost mine.
