The shop has it all!. I would tell them that the staff is professional and courteous. The waiting room is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. I have always found their service excellent. They care about the customer and put you first. My work is always done with care and concern and most of all it is right. On the rare occasion something is missed they work diligently to make it right. I will sum up my comments this way - on every car I have owned I have maintained my car with the dealer only as l9ng as was necessary. As soon as the warranty was over and with my kids cars I have ALWAYS dealt with B & L and have never walked away dissatisfied.

Phenomenal service. I we told him to go. Everyone who works there is very professional and I never once felt like I was getting raked over the coals. They show you pictures of your car and what needs to be done on it and they line itemized receipts. A very clean and very well managed facility

Go there. That everyone is extremely friendly and professional, very honest and the customer area is wonderful - clean and inviting with TV, magazines and free coffee. Plus the young man who drove me to and from work was really nice - very helpful and shared his belief that you are really honest which is important to him - and to me.

Very satisifed. Darrin and Chris's friendliness and customer service skills are top notch!! The mechanic that worked on our truck was friendly as well and as always did a great job! Darin was the person at the front desk who assisted me on my state inspection. The guys who actually inspected my vehicle took pictures of every area of my vehicle that needed to be replaced. After they took all these pictures, they sat me infront of a computer screen and showed me all of the work being done and what needed to be done. They were proficient and diligent. The customer service was great. I would recommend anyone who wants honesty to come here. I just want to thank you guys for making my day better especially since I ended up needing an arm and leg for my car to work. Thanks
