I came in right when they opened for my vehicle inspection. Of course my expectations were low, because I knew that my chances of being out of there in a timely manner (or having it done at all) were slim to none, as it was the last day of the month (yikes!). The inspection gods were on my side..I was out of there in 90 minutes and they even did a courtesy inspection for my check engine light. The staff was great and made me feel like I was welcome, I am blown away after reading the other reviews. The customers seen before me seemed happy with the work done, too. They made me aware of current promotions and tips to help save a buck or two. I have no reason not to come back for further maintenance, plus their coffee game is on point.

Had four of my cars serviced and worked on by B&L and had no problems. Always up front and they do a great job. Are there cheaper places you can go? Sure. But if you want your car to actually work, take it to B&L.

The visit I had with B&L was good. My car is old and need a lot of TLC and they was upfront and honest with me. Bravo for customer care B&L. The work I need to get done this time was not done only because of the age of my second vehicle but I will come back if I ever needed some work done on my automobile and feel comfortable using them.
