My mom and I have been taking our van to B & L Automotive for about 3.5 years now...We cannot tell you how much we appreciate the hard work and dedication they show towards their customers! From the moment you walk through the door, you are warmly welcomed by one of the staff. The staff and mechanics are all very thorough and efficient when diagnosing and fixing your vehicle, and use quality parts to ensure that your car is safe. Add to that a reasonable price...It's a winner! :-)

Amazing customer service! Issac (manager) took time talking with me to make me feel at home while waiting! Offered coffee and tea too! Darin, the service advisor, was a pleasure to work with from the moment I called to the moment I left! Sam, the mechanic, was awesome! Came out and spoke to me personally! These guys are awesome and definitely take time to not only get to know your vehicle but their customers as well! Customer service is astounding! Will definitely be back! A+++

I was on 64 returning home to Williamsburg with my special needs daughter and a friend when I thought I had a flat tire. I pulled off the exit to find B&L Auto on the corner. They had closed but insisted it was okay and they looked at my vehicle anyway. They found a bungee chord on the highway attached itself to my tire causing a hole which they plugged and removed some debris. They wouldn't accept any payment of any kind. They were truly good samaritans. I appreciated their kindness and understanding as well as their efforts to repair my tire. Thank you so much!

I have driven by B & L plenty of times but when my check engine light came on and I found out I had a random misfire code, I decided to come here. I read the reviews before I made the final decision and everyone who spoke highly of Darrin and their service was correct. They are very helpful and accurate with diagnosing the problem and Darrin also takes the time to explain to you the problem. They will definitely get my service again.

The oil change was priced higher than competitors, but the service was great!

Their customer service and work quality are beyond excellent. When my car decided to not cooperate and they had to keep it to order parts they did everything possible to make sure I had a car so I could still working!! Thanks you guys are amazing a!

I had no complaints, left work early to try and see if I could get my car inspected on a Friday. As soon as I got there they were able to take care of me at that very moment. My car had shown an issue with the airbag according to the dash warning light and of course they were going to have to diagnose it, a cost I wasn't prepared for but knew that it was necessary. But when they found out that there wasn't an issue they didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. I left their place with a passed inspection and received courteous service, along with suggestions to maintenance that they saw that will need to be done in the future without any pressure of having to have it done immediately.

Darrin and staff are professional, courteous and very easy to talk to. Rest assured, not only will the problem with the vehicle be fixed

Everyone here was such a great help! I am not particularly car savvy and I am unfamiliar to the area. After calling multiple other places and being hung up, B & L took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understand what was wrong with my car. Darrin was great to work with and made sure I had all the information I needed. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends!
