Everyone here was such a great help! I am not particularly car savvy and I am unfamiliar to the area. After calling multiple other places and being hung up, B & L took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understand what was wrong with my car. Very happy with the first visit, so second visit was for an oil change with coupon for only $19.95 on my 2003 Dodge Neon SXT work commute car with almost 170K miles. Also, I made my appointment online and received an email confirmation a couple of hours later. They also replaced a very worn out oil drain pan plug with an oversize drain plug for only $9.78. Darin had me in and out in 30 minutes! Total cost was $33.63.

My son attends CNU and needed work done on his car. Being unfamiliar with the area I had some anxiety as to where to take his car. Found B&L online and read their reviews and the responses! Darrin was great to work with. He took great care of my son's car and even sent a hand written thank you note. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!
