They discovered rodents chewed through some soy coated wires in my vehicle during a diagnostic. Luckily, they were able to get the replacement parts and fit me in to make my vehicle safe to drive again before I left.

Easy to schedule an appointment through Bryan or Liz like a family friendly old time small town shop, but with up to date world class tools, equipment, facilities, and experts who all seem to really enjoy and stay working there. Like to occasionally peek in and see them working on your vehicle. They have a huge window behind their front desk that you can watch Bryan or Liz as they go into the bay and check on your progress with their expert and provide you with updates all the way through till when it is all done. Need to wait while the B&L team works ? Nice, clean rest room! Newly renovated waiting room with plenty of comfy seating, really nice aesthetics, and plugs to plug in and keep working while waiting! Highly recommend B&L for work done right with a smile!

They went above and beyond to help me with my car battery. They fixed a mistake made by O’Reilly and followed up to make sure everything was going well. Liz was great!

All I can say is outstanding - I've never engaged with a car repair with such integrity as B L. The manager is awesome and knowledgeable and gave me the confidence that I needed that they would do all that they could to get my car repaired. After going to the dealership and to another certified car repair shop spending a ridiculous amount of money and my car still wasn't fixed until B L found the problem and repaired IT and they didn't charge an expensive amount of money - I would still have paid whatever they asked for because they do have INTEGRITY...

My car needed a diagnostic, B&L not only figured out what I needed, but they were able to take the time out to fix my problems AND thoroughly explained to me everything that was done and the reason for it. They didn’t over charge me either, and Liz was very nice and helpful!

They were so nice and got me in and out with in an hour

They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the a/c in my Subaru Outback. Will return if other issues arise.
