My daughter's car was breaking down on I-64, but was able to pull off of the road. By total serendipity, she parked in front of B&L. Our fears were a total transmission replace/rebuild. The next day I came down and the staff was incredibly professional and understanding. They were able to quickly diagnose a sensor leak and got the vehicle up and running again (once the part came in the next day). Thank you, B&L!!

Vehicle had broke down, made a phone call to B&L an told them what the problem was, they had a tow company to pick up my vehicle. The whole team is Awesome and stands behind the work they provide. Will anyone to them. Thanks a lot job well done.

I was very pleased with B&L automotive. They did great work on my vehicle the other day. I'd say the mechanics over there did great work also. Liz the service manager over there is outstanding! She communicates very well and gives awesome customers service. I will be back for more work in the future. 5 star service all the way👍

Customer service was great they lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my car got my car fixed the same day I dropped it off. I highly recommend B&L Automotive

I had a good experience with the folks at B&L. The inspection is top notch with their assessment and photos. They were able to fix my issue that day and I picked up the next morning. However, after I picked my truck up I did a look over and there were bolts not tight. I called and they did reconcile quickly. If not for that, I would have given them 5 stars. Overall, would use them again.
