Absolutely amazing, they made a lifetime customer. Had an appointment but it snowed a lot but i still showed up and the office was closed. Tech came up to my car and said that he can still do it. He unlocked the office and did it in 20 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough.

They were excellent!! Our vehicle had quite a few things that needed fixed and they were great with explaining the problems and getting parts in quickly to have our vehicle back to us!! 10 out of 10 recommend!! They were also super friendly and amazing about keeping us up with the progress of repairs!

They not only conducted all the tune up work my car needed done for a reasonable price (car has over 200k miles), but they also did my inspection and new tires all within a day. I was able to knock out all my car to-do’s within a 24 hour period which was really helpful and convenient for me all under $2k.

My wife had our 2016 Lexus serviced and was very impressed with the customer service. Very helpful and quick with the updates also they were able to tow our vehicle from our house to the shop and also give me a ride to pick up the vehicle once completed. It was my first time seeing the shop and looked top notch 👌 very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back and I would recommend their services to all my friends and family. Thanks again for diagnosing another problem and I feel safe for my wife to drive her vehicle that was serviced by B&L Automotive. 10 Stars if I could....

I brought my truck to B and L.with an electrical problem and Liz helped greatly in getting my truck in on a Friday evening and Brian went thoroughly thru the electrical system identifying the problem and explained that the best solution was to take it to the dealership. Great place to bring complex car problems.

Made an appointment for 8am 2.10.2025 and had an amazing experience! The shop is not only fast and efficient getting us in and out before 9:30am with having to replace our lights, they were also honest in telling us what was right and wrong with our car with no hidden fees or add ons. Their shop was also extremely clean and smelled good with comfortable chairs and a coffee bar in their lobby. Thank you so much for a great experience!
