Liz and Bryan are the best and I hope their employer sees this so that they get a raise or something because they are literally some of the most helpful people I’ve ever met in my life. My tire blew out on the highway and I pulled over into the B&L Automotive lot to ask if they could help me replace it. I live in MD and had to get home that day so Liz told me where I could 1. Get a new tire 2. Referred me to a guy who could get me a good price for my tire 3. What kind of tire I would need and 4. Let me, my girlfriend and my friends stay in their waiting room while I sorted out a tow truck with AAA. I am so in their debt I wish I could do more to return the favor than a google review but I mean every last word of it. If you stop at B&L know that you’re in good hands! Wish I could give 10/5 stars

First and foremost I have to give a big SHOUT OUT TO B&L Automotive. Liz is the most wonderful helpful person there! Before even being my car to them I was calling around trying to find a place to give me some information about my engine. Liz went above and beyond and explained a lot of different things to me after dealing with the Kia dealership Kia corporate and getting nowhere. I finally took my vehicle to B&L. They had my car since May and I just got my vehicle this past weekend. I know I probably got on Liz’s nerves with me calling and getting updates on my car but she was so nice and helpful every step of the way. I was a stress ball the whole time cause not having a vechile stinks but they did the most amazing job and I will never forget how nice and helpful and honest they were! I really appreciate Liz and the team on working on my car and getting me back on the road!!!! Thanks again

B&L provided us with top-notch service of our AC on our Buick. They made sure the right part was ordered once the 1st one came back as a wrong part. They still got the car done in the time promised and the cost from the estimate to final costs was spot on! Thanks for the great customer service!

Alignment and state inspection was done very quickly and the truck feels like new again when driving. Didn’t have any problems with utilizing the Costco discount. Also the front desk customer service was great Thanks B&L

I recently had an problem occur with my car and went to B & L Auto under the recommendation of Costco services and repairs (giving a discount) which who cant use these days. B & L was great. The repair had a hiccup due to the model of car I have but was explained in detail and ... part ordered and everything is great. They went out of their way to offer me a ride home due to the time frame but gosh..no one can say what unforseen is ahead. The car rides great. Thank you and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

This place is great. I got a flat tire on the interstate right next to them and they took great care of me to get me back on the road. Very nice people, and a nice environment. They really saved me and got me back on the road. 🙏

Lovely experience! Could not recommend enough. They were very patient while helping through the process and went above what I asked to help me out. Also finished well ahead of estimated time! Will be a return customer for sure!

I had called this place from a quick Google search because Southern automotive quoted me extremely high. I immediately felt comfortable talking to the woman at the desk. She did an amazing job. They were very responsive. Got in quickly. Finish the job quickly and had a way of contacting me with a detailed report on what I would be charged for before I was charged. I cannot say enough, good things about this place and will be going back. Great price, even better customer service, overall it was a great experience!
