Wonderful, thorough, and were great at helping me understand the why of recommended repairs rather than just insisting it was necessary. I dealt with Liz, who made sure I had full details including pictures and videos documentation, and the Technicians Kayne & Craig who were more than willing to educate me when I asked questions. All in all I will be recommending them for all future repairs, especially since they are familiar with both foreign and domestic.

I went to B&L Automotive to have them do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that I was interested in. The staff was very friendly. I received a detailed report on the vehicle that was crucial in my decision to purchase the vehicle. I was a little disappointed that the final price was $30 more than what I was quoted. Also, there was no notification (any many businesses to do this) that I would be charged a debit card processing fee. I am a business owner myself and I understand that in these times of high costs certain costs must be transferred to the consumer. I just would have like to be notified, in case I wanted to excercise the option to pay cash. Still I was very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend B&L Automotive to anyone needing a pre-purchase inspection.

Had an issue with ac and was still under warranty and they fixed it, works like new again.
