The shop was recommended by Amazon to replace my Prius 12v battery and I'm glad to have found them. They have a new building in a really nice area just off of I-64. Even though I live in Va Bch and it was a 40 mile drive, it is hard to find someone to touch a Prius (other than a dealer), and when they will, they usually want to rip you off. This shop was more than fair. They did all sorts of analysis on doing an overall checkup on my car which was way above and beyond installing the battery and I appreciated it very much. They showed me where I needed fluids changed or where they were good and where my air filters were dirty - and even emailed me a report with crystal clear photos in jpg format. Haven't seen that before. This place is worth checking out. It's far but I'm sure I will be back again.The only "negative" I can report is a cost estimate for a cabin filter came in at $60 Labor. It took me literally 2 minutes to access and pop out the filter, shake out the debris and put it back in. I prefer to think that was an honest error as it was only an estimate. All else was good. They are good folks to talk to and seem to be eager to work with you.
