We haven't taken our cars in yet, but I love this place (and Liz!) already. We are new to Newport News and were looking to get inspections on our cars (B&L will be doing next week) Liz was friendly & full of information to help us transition our vehicles to Virginia. Their web site says their values are: "Outstanding Customer Service, Quality, Integrity, and Trust." Our first point of contact with Liz proved this and we look forward to joining their happy customers and having them service our cars in the future!

Have gotten two oil changes and complimentary inspections. Was notified other work needed to be done each time, all of which I was aware the time was coming for replacements. Brakes were replaced quickly and everyone in the office was friendly throughout the entire process.
