Didn’t have a go to garage in the area and decided to take my car to B&L for safety inspection. When I Came around to pick it up Brian, who inspected my car, grabbed me from the lobby and brought me into the shop, lifted my car up, and showed me an alignment issue causing wear. Already had some tires quoted for me and gave me a timeframe to get the work done. Liz spent a chunk of time on the phone with me getting a solid deal on some tires and made getting the work done as easy as can be. First time customer here but earned my business in the future.

Brian and Liz were very very professional and courteous and the young man that worked on my jeep he was very courteous and nice to if I have any more issues with my jeep I would bring it to your shop My name is Pastor Thurman L Gardner Sr

I took my wifes car in here to get some work done an they refused to touch the car due to covid policy. that me nor my wife were informed of it sat in their lot for 2 days. Then of 2hich my wife had to call them 5 to 6 times to get a response on what they were doing with our car. To which she got told that almost 3 days later they hadn't moved or touched the car. Will never be going back to this place even if my car was broke down in front of their shop.

Overall a fantastic Automotive family business owned shop would deathly recommend others to go there service is fantastic.

They replaced my radiator when it decided to break on 64. The staff were very friendly and took great care of me.
