I took my F-150 in with break issues and in need of a tune-up. After a thorough check-up on my truck I received a call from the technician explaining the necessary repairs. The price was fair. Each person I spoke to took the time to explain things thoroughly. This shop takes care of their customers.

I took a Jeep in for starter/battery work. They replaced some wiring and the starter, charged me several hours of labor and the next day after leaving the wires were loose and it wouldn’t start again. Terrible work.

I had a great experience with B & L Automotive. Took my 2006 Honda Accord in because it kept cutting off. Brad and Liz were very professional and honest and told me a few possibilities that could be wrong but promised me they would get it right. Got my car back in a day and half it it is running great. Will definitely recommend to others and I may even go back just for oil changes.

I have taken both my cars to B&L for many, many years, and always been treated wonderfully, always have been pleased with repairs! I am very disappointed now because my check engine light has been coming on intermittently for months; sensors. Belts have been replaced, still light comes on. Well finally it was diagnosed as my converter. And oxygen sensors! Price quoted was $1600. I could not believe it, I took to Amazon, & I could get both parts for under $200. I had just spent $1000 a month ago for my cars. I just felt B&L was trying to recoup money lost during Corvid. I understand labor. Etc, but I just refused to pay that much!

B&L is excellent and the staff is super helpful. I had my truck suspension diagnosed but no work done on it as I did the work myself. The crew let me walk the bay and see what needed to be done and walked me through how to do it, tools needed, etc. Also made recommendations on potential repairs/fixes for the future, they answered all my questions throughly and took the time to help the customer, even though they were clearly busy. All this and only charged a small fee of $20.00. Definitely recommend B&L to anyone who reads this.
